The mosque is based on geometric shapes. Mosque responses on the base of a square section parallel to the Qiblah direction, during confirmation. The ramifications of the wall are everywhere. The cylindrical wall was designed in a very slanted shape resembling a crescent that rises above the moorings of mosques when viewed from the ground level of the site.

The minaret of the mosque is made up of two rectangular sections. The first part of the base is made up of the ribs of the surrounding buildings. The second part, which is the body of the minaret, is located above the base and deviates from its axis by 45 degrees. The two parts of the mosque group appear as eight stars.

The building was constructed of reinforced concrete in situ, steel columns and facades of glass and aluminum. Its exterior walls were painted with white-washed marble. Its walls are covered with blue tiles.
